Vicks VapoRub helps relieve nasal congestion for up to 8 hours and eases minor muscle aches and pain and coughs due to colds.
The active ingesdients in Vicks VapoRub work in two ways:
By Inhalation: Medical vapours help relieve nasal congestion.
By Stimulation: Rub in. Acts directly on the skin, warming away muscular aches and pains.

Also contains:
Turpentine Oil, Cedar Leaf Oil, Nutmeg Oil and Thymol in petrolatum base.
Rub onto chest and back or place 2 teaspoonsful in a bowl of hot not boiling water and inhale the vapours.
Use up to four times daily.
Use only as directed, If fever is present or symptoms persist, consult a physician.
Avoid contact with eyes.
Do not take by mouth or place in nostrils.
Not to be used on children under 2 years of age unless directed by a physician.
Discontinue use if irritiation develops.
Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin.
Do not bandage tightly or use with heating pads.
