- Dissolve 1 tablet in 12-16oz of purified water. A sealed bottle is not necessary.
- It's recommended to use glass or other non-reactive container.
- Drink immediately and repeat up to 3x per day.
- Do not swallow tablet directly.
- Store tablets at room temp.
- H2 Infuse will generate about 10 ppm of molecular hydrogen per tablet in 500mL of purified water within 2 minutes without using a closed container.
