Adults: Take 5 capsules with water before bed every night. Children’s doses change depending on age: Children 6 to 12 years: Take 3 capsules with diluted juice each night before bed. Capsules can be opened and mixed with the juice if preferred.
Children 2 to 5 years: Open 1-3 capsules and add to a small amount of diluted juice.
For best results: we recommend taking the product for a minimum of one month and ongoing as needed.
