Psyllium Husk: Each 5.9 g dose contains 3.4g of psyllium husk powder
Also contains: Aspartame, Citric Acid, Sunset Yellow FCF CI 15985, Maltrodextrin, Artificial and Natural Orange Flavour.
Each 5.9g dose provides less than 5mg sodium.
To restore and maintain regularity:
Adults and Children 12years+: 1½ teaspoons to be taken 1-3 times daily.
6-11 years: ½ the adult dose to be taken 1-3 times daily on medical advice.
To help lower cholesterol levels:
Adults and Children 12 years+: 1½ teaspoons 3 times daily.
6-11 years: Consult a Doctor.
Children under 6 years, consult a Doctor.
Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking.
