Each Menevit capsule contains: Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 100mg Zinc (as zinc sulphate monohydrate) 25mg d-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E) 400iu Folic Acid 500mcg Lycopene 6mg Garlic oil (equiv. allium sativum bulb fresh 1g) 333mcg Selenium (as selenomethionine) 26mcg Menevit capsules are gluten free and free of animal product.

Men - take one Menevit capsule daily with food, preferably for at least 90 days prior to planned conception. Continue taking Menevit once daily as required or as directed by your doctor.

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice. Menevit contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 100mcg of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Not suitable for use by children under 15 years. Do not use if carton seals are missing or broken. Keep out of reach of children.
