We recommend the following usage:
- A small amount of gel in and around the nostrils
Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner. This medication must only be used by one person. Sharing this dispenser may spread infection.
Squeeze a small amount of gel in and around the nostrils
Pinch the nostrils together and gentle massage to evenly distribute the gel
For dry, chafed noses apply as necessary to affected areas
