Strepsils Plus Anaesthetic Throat Spray has been specially formulated to give effective and rapid relief from severe sore throats.
The formula contains a local anaesthetic to numb the throat while the two antibacterial/antiseptic agents help attack a wide range of bacteria which cause sore throat and mouth infections including sore throat, mouth and denture ulcers and discomfort associated with tonsillitis and pharyngitis.
Amylmetacresol 0.223% w/v, Dichlorobenzyl alcohol 0.443% w/v, Lignocaine 0.6% w/v.
Also contains: glycerol (E422), ethanol (alcohol), sorbitol solution (E420), saccharin and carmosine (E122)
Adults and children over 12 yrs: Apply 3 sprays to the affected area 2 times and swallow gently. Repeat every 2 hours as required, up to a maxmimum of 8 times (16 sprays) in 24 hours.
Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
