Depending on your taste preferences, you can adjust the water amount. Use less for bolder flavour and sweetness, or more for a lighter taste. Weak - 500ml, Medium - 350ml, Strong - 200ml.

Age Group: 18 – 49 years: Protein Needed: 0.8g per kg. Purpose: Minimum required for maintenance.
Age Group: 50+: Protein Needed: 1.2g per kg. Purpose: Helps maintain muscle and strength with age.
Lifestyle: High Activity, Protein Needed: 1.5+g per kg. Purpose: Supports extra muscle repair, energy, and performance
