Synchro-Tech is a patented technology about the production of a tablet which contains the active ingredients paracetamol and ibuprofen. Both actives are radically different in their dissolution profiles, ibuprofen dissolves faster in basic conditions than paracetamol, but dissolves slower than paracetamol in acidic conditions.
Synchro-Tech has therefore helped two actives with opposing dissolution profiles to come together and deliver a combination effect.
As the actives are released together they can be absorbed together and therefore are able to work together to deliver pain relief in an effective way

Each tablet has:
Ibuprofen 200mg
Paracetemol 500mg
Adults and children from 12 years: 1 or 2 tablets every 6 to 8 hours as necessary (maximum 6 tablets in 24 hours).
Take the recommended dose only.
Do not take for more than 3 days at a time, except with your doctor's advice.
Do not use if you have a stomach ulcer.
